After Sales Policy
A warranty of six (6) months for spare parts and one (1) year service warranty for brand new units shall be given by the company except for TYC-NHD25 units which shall be covered by a (6) months-service warranty and (3) months warranty for spare parts.
However, misuse, negligence, tempering (overload rebar usage), damage caused by fire, flood and other acts of God as determined by the company's technician shall render the warranty void. Moreover, the warranty shall not cover any product or component which has been damaged by abnormal or irregular usage, severe voltage fluctuation and/ or improper wire/ cable for power supply.
Whether the machine is still under warranty or not, the machines will be further evaluated by our engineers. CNB seeks the faithful cooperation from clients until the entire process is completed.
